Sync with Microsoft Exchange Server
I would like fruux to sync with my companies Exchange Server. I need to use this for networked email and calender services; It is great when I am on the road!

Sync Safari Bookmarks between devices
Synchronisation of Safari Bookmarks between devices
29 votesWe’d love to support Safari bookmarks – unfortunately there is no open standard (yet) to make it happen. Ones there is a way to do it, we’d probably be very interested to make it happen.

Gravatar picture syncing for Addressbook
It would be awesome if you could support periodic syncing of profile pictures for the Addressbook from Gravatar.
The only issue I can see is which picture would you use if it's synced from Gravatar and then the user changes the picture of the contact on their phone and then it get's changed on Gravatar again? Maybe only sync profile pictures from Gravatar on contacts which have no pictures? Or just last update wins, always.
Thanks!
- Simon28 votesThis is definitely interesting, we’ll have to investigate if the Gravatar terms actually allow us to do that though.

Subscribe to other online calendars
As a user I want to be able to add subscriptions to other public calendars from the webapp,
so that you can bundle all your calendars in frux and distribute it easily to the devices24 votesWe already support subscriptions, but sadly there is no standard for this yet. That’s why our current system works only for Apple devices (https://fruux.uservoice.com/forums/153774-general/suggestions/3584235-add-server-side-subscriptions-so-that-users-don-t)

Sync with AVM Fritzbox
In the current firmware of Fritzbox some internet address books like Goggle Contacts can be used. Unfortunately I found no way how to sync the Fritzbox with fruux contacts.
Please contact AVM to add this possibility to the Fritzbox firmware23 votesThat would be a great feature indeed! We’ve tried to get in touch with AVM about this a couple of times, but never got any response. It would certainly help if more AVM users would suggest that to AVM, too. :-)

Accept Bitcoin as an alternative payment method.
It would be so cool if I could pay in Bitcoin for your service.

Add LDAP support
Would help iOS versions without CalDAV support.
15 votesThere are not many phones out there that are stuck with iOS3 and iOS4 works great with fruux.
However we’ve still some interest in LDAP – as a way to support more devices/platforms -, but thats (unfortunately) definitely not something we have manpower for at the moment.

Send calendar invitations from the user's e-mail address, not cloud@fruux.com
Currently when I invite a non-fruux user to a calender event the invitation comes with:
From: <User's Name> (via fruux) cloud@fruux.com
It would be much nicer to be "From:" my real e-mail address.
I believe this "From: ... cloud@fruux.com" was due to mis-interpretation of SPF. SPF matches the envelope sender's domain (typically in the "From " header -- note the lack of colon after that -- it's usually the first header in an SMTP delivered message), not the author's (who is in the From: -- with a colon) domain.
You should have no problem sending e-mails with a From:…

Add a widget that allows me to put an always up-to-date vCard on my website.
It would be great if I could put some kind of widget on my website that allows visitors of my site to download an always automatically updated vCard. You could simply use the card that I marked as "my card" in Addressbook on my Mac.
In addition to that it would be great if I could mark certain parts of my vCard as private so that they are not exposed via this proposed widget.

add shared calendar alerts
Whenever somebody makes a change to a shared calendar, the other subscribers/the owner of the calendar should be informed via a "shared calendar alert". Apple offers this very valuable feature on iCloud for both Mac OS X and iOS.
10 votesWe’re interested in supporting this and in fact we already support some bits and pieces of this notification functionality (e.g. when someone invites you into a calendar), but unfortunately this is not a standard yet (it’s an Apple extension: https://github.com/fruux/sabre-dav/blob/master/docs/caldav-notifications.txt).
These change-notifications don’t seem to be supported for third parties at the moment.
We’ll keep an eye on this as Apple releases newer versions of its operating systems (iOS7/OS X Mavericks).

Add notes support
It would be great if you could add notes support
7 votesfruux is based on open standards. We’re supporting CardDAV for contact and CalDAV for calendar and tasks synchronization.
Unfortunately no widely supported open standard for “notes” yet. Once there is one, we’d be interested in implementing it.
Another possibility would be to take a look at the VJOURNAL standard (which is not widely supported either though).

Sync with Windows Contacts
Is this possible already? I'd like the option to sync with Win directly instead of Using Office to do so, just like with the Adress Book on OS X.

add sync for any.do to sync "to do" lists
any.do is a great "to do" list app for android. Please team up with them to develope a sync solution!
4 votesWe’d be quite interested in integration with any.do – unfortunately we’ve never heard back from them. So if you are an any.do user, keep on nagging them about integration with fruux, too.
As a user you have way more influence than we have.

make the workflow of the tasks webapp more like Reminders App.
I suppose Apple's iCl*** webapp works like I'd like this to. But I've never tried iCl*** and I don't want to. ;-)

If the use case is to send that email to another person, it may make sense to use the following approach:
- Create a fruux account for the other person.
- Share the respective calendars with the other person (read-only or read-write; depending on what you need).
- Activate the daily schedule email in the account of the other person. This way the other person would also get a daily schedule email, but also had full control over it’s configuration (e.g. if the other person travels, it would be possible to receive the email customized for the respective timezone).
- Don't see your idea?
