Add support for international standard ISO-8601 time and date format

please add ISO 8601 under the Settings => 'date format' option.

    For much of my communications, sortable dates in ISO-8601 format are invaluable. While I can set this up (with a great deal of effort) within certain clients, Fruux itself doesn't support basic formats like this. As an example of expected output:

    $ gdate --iso-8601
    2021-07-16

    Having events with computer-sortable dates would solve a LOT of problems when dealing with ICS parsing, and does away with a lot of ambiguity when dealing with international invitations.
