Add Supporter Tier

Add cost tier for 1 or 2 dollars or euros for supporters that don't need the 4 Euro a month tier.

    Maybe add another share or two. I will have to think on that, as I don't have a great idea yet.

    I really just want to support the project, but my use case for a two person family doesn't justify the need for the 4 euro plan.
