Disable calendar-auto-schedule on server

Emails created by server when calendar-auto-schedule feature is enabled cause problems for some clients. As clients, at least Thunderbird, does not allow to disable this feature, it would be a good idea to foresee the option to disable this at the server.

    I think this sounds like what I would like also. Some people might have more than one calendar provider and would appreciate the invite e-mail so that they can decide which calendar to accept it into instead of having fruux assume that it should be in their fruux calendar.

    So I propose that this feature (auto-schedule, or deliver an invite by e-mail, even for fruux users) be user selectable. Defaulting to auto-schedule is perfectly acceptable.
