Options for the public calendar
The pubic calendar works great! However, it's always presented in a standard way: week starts on Sunday, time stamps are formatted in a 12-hour way etc. It would be great to define these things in the same way I can define them in my Fruux settings.

Great! I just found this thread, this is a feature I have been missing for quite some time in public calendar views, just did not know it was already implemented.
Please add a button to generate the url corresponding to the parameters that I choose when clicking Settings on a public calendar web-view!
I add my vote to this feature, please consider it goes to the easy-url-generation feature.

Localizations (e.g. a German version) are planned, but a completely different task. But once a localized version exists, I agree that it should be an option here, too. :-)

Well, that's exactly what I need. One option is still missing: the language of the calendar labels - especially German.

We've actually implemented this already a few days ago. Just the user interface that makes it easy to generate the URL for the public calendar is still missing.
But you can already use this manually by appending parameters to the URL of your public calendar. We support the following parameters:
- calendarView: month, list, week, day
- dateFormat: DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY
- startOfWeek : 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (0=Sun, 1=Mon, ..., 6=Sat)
- timeFormat : 12, 24
- timezone: Europe/Berlin (If not present, the visitors timezone is detected)
- selectedDate: YYYY-MM-DDIf a parameter is not present, the default will be used.
Here's an example for the calendar that's embedded on fruux.com:
