    Simpler suggestion. Just allow to define different permissions depending on the category of event.

    Great! I just found this thread, this is a feature I have been missing for quite some time in public calendar views, just did not know it was already implemented.

    Please add a button to generate the url corresponding to the parameters that I choose when clicking Settings on a public calendar web-view!

    I add my vote to this feature, please consider it goes to the easy-url-generation feature.

    We already do versioned backups under the hood (think of it as Time Machine or git for contacts/calendars/tasks). A web frontend to also make this functionality available to our users is planned. Unfortunately no ETA yet.

    Do I understand correctly that these versioned backups are currently impossible to reach for the end-user? Or just not easy? (If the second, then, how can we reach them?)
