An error occurred while saving the comment Johannes commentedA little appendix: The biggest issue with the current UI/UX is IMHO that you need to klick "Edit" and "Delete". ;)

The most important thing for me is what might be called "list editing":
- Klick in a row, enter a task text
- hit return
Result: A new task with the entered text and the immediate possibility to enter the next task/item.
I think there must be some concept to just edit one calendar/task list to make this functionality possible/convincing.What I like about the current UI is that there is much space to enter notes. But it would be nice if at least some lines of the note would be displayed in the tasks list as well.

Yep, I'm backing this. It's quite easy to implement that feature: You just need the possibility to mark a contact as ressource. The only behavior this contact/ressource has to show (implemented server-side) is to behave as fruux user, but automatically accept all invitations. You can than plan/schedule any ressource you like to by inviting the ressource to your events.
Using the "availability" function of your client you then can check the bookings of the ressource.
