This is definitely interesting, we’ll have to investigate if the Gravatar terms actually allow us to do that though.

Repeatable tasks and alarms are fully supported, it’s just our webapp thats still lacking a bit in that regard. Adding this functionality to our webapp is of course planned.

Come on guys, in the web interface you have control. We are primarily using the web interface as to manage data we don't trust sync that match and use a lot of different devices. Please don't make us dependent on the devices.

Adding gravatars is quick and easy, all open source WordPress sites can use gravatars for their comments. If gravatars are sourced from a general Fruux account that would be better as otherwise Gravatar finds out who has whom in which contact book which would be a bit of a privacy issue. General presence in Fruux somewhere isn't really a privacy issue for either the person who supplied the original gravatar or for the business trusting Fruux with their contact database.
